It's simple as hell!! Just drain the carb ON THE
BIKE!! into a cup. Then remove the 4 screws with
a stubby phillips screwdriver. Then remove the
jet with a stubby standard screwdriver. Then
reverse procedure and your done. It takes me about
5 minutes and I've done it many times. That guy
is full of it. My bike is 2001 and ran a stock
145 main jet. I'm now running a 160 main jet and
the plug is nice and tan and perfect!! You won't
feel a damn thing except in your head goin up less
then 5 points main jet. Try going up 10. Get rid
of that crappy air box and charcoal box, plug the
line off the carb and run the gas line to the
atmosphere. Clamp a UNI POD filter to your carb
for $15.00 or less I think. Get the one with an
approximately 2 inch inner diameter. Then run
a 160 or 165 main jet if you have the newer model
carberateur. Then talk to me about power!!
But 135 up to 137.5 is child's play!! You won't
notice a thing unless you're psycic or a dynometer!!
